Complete measurments!

This is day number three.  My granola failed miserably- maybe I should put the creative side of me away and actually follow a recipe that someone else has tried and SUCCEEDED with!  LOL It was awful but smelled pretty good.  The berries plumped back up to their original size and made us giggle!  Luckily I was able to spend the day with my beastie!  LOL Becca that was especially for you!  Her and I started It works together exactly five months ago today!  It has been quite a fun ride and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us!  Well we did full measurements today and recorded everything-  If she wasn't my best friend I would have been completely MORTIFIED!  We have probably seen and know way more than any two women should know about each other so that helped ease the discomfort of facing how out of shape we are.  After the measurements we sat down and calculated our body fat percentage using the calculation below.  I am sad to say that I am 28.17% fat.  When I say it like that it is almost comical but then I think... 30% fat... YUCK!

I do feel a little better that my 72 hour post wrap measurements I am down 1.55 inches at my waist. 1.5 inches at my belly button and 1.75 inches at the "Mommy pouch."  I am going to wrap again tonight, especially after reviewing my photos I think I will be wrapping my butt!  Can you say CELLULITE?  Yeah I don't know if I will be able to post those photos- As Becca and I were fliping through them my exact words were "EWWW!  OLD LADY BUTT!"

Ok enough about my behind!  So if you are following along I encourage you to use the following calculator instead of the BMI because this will take into account your build.  IT will also help you track your progress in a more accurate manner than just your weight alone.  You don't have to worry about "gaining weight in muscle" because this will help take that into account for you.  I am super excited to see my results.  Becca is also starting her own blog.  We are going to hold each other accountable, completete weekly or possibly biweekly measurements to keep a close eye on our progress.  I am super excited to be starting yet another journey along with Becca- We have really been there for each other at some of our lowest and highest points in life! Hopefully this is the highest we will see these numbers and the lowest point we hit in our health and wellness continuum!    So I raise my glass of greens to you Becca :) cheers!
