I do feel a little better that my 72 hour post wrap measurements I am down 1.55 inches at my waist. 1.5 inches at my belly button and 1.75 inches at the "Mommy pouch." I am going to wrap again tonight, especially after reviewing my photos I think I will be wrapping my butt! Can you say CELLULITE? Yeah I don't know if I will be able to post those photos- As Becca and I were fliping through them my exact words were "EWWW! OLD LADY BUTT!"
Ok enough about my behind! So if you are following along I encourage you to use the following calculator instead of the BMI because this will take into account your build. IT will also help you track your progress in a more accurate manner than just your weight alone. You don't have to worry about "gaining weight in muscle" because this will help take that into account for you. I am super excited to see my results. Becca is also starting her own blog. We are going to hold each other accountable, completete weekly or possibly biweekly measurements to keep a close eye on our progress. I am super excited to be starting yet another journey along with Becca- We have really been there for each other at some of our lowest and highest points in life!
